Fresh Pasta Making: When selecting a Pasta Making Party, guests may choose 2 recipes only due to the additional preparation and hands-on instruction required.

MASTER CHEF EXPERIENCE — $70 per child

Ages 10–16 | 16-child minimum

Our premium kids culinary experience designed for older children who are ready for a true cooking challenge.

Includes an elevated menu, advanced cooking techniques, hands-on instruction, ingredients, equipment, supplies, setup and cleanup.

🚗 MOBILE PARTY FEE

A $125 Mobile Service & Setup Fee applies to all parties.

The mobile fee covers transportation of equipment and supplies, loading and unloading, setup, breakdown and local travel.

The $99 mobile fee includes travel within 20 miles of our service area.

Long-distance events may require a custom travel quote.

🏠 WHAT THE HOST PROVIDES

Because we’re mobile, the host provides the party location and adequate tables/workspace for the children.

The location must have access to running water, electricity, adequate tables/work surfaces, seating if needed, and a safe and suitable area for cooking activities.

Any required oven, stove, refrigerator or kitchen access will be discussed based on the selected menu.

We bring the ingredients, cooking equipment and supplies needed for your selected cooking experience.

📅 RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

A $150 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to reserve your party date and time.

The $150 deposit will be applied toward your total party balance.

Your party date and time are not reserved until the deposit has been received.

Final menu selections and an estimated guest count are due 7 days before the party.

Your final guest count will be confirmed on the day of the party, and the remaining balance is due in full at the conclusion of the party.

The party minimum still applies if fewer guests attend than the required minimum for the selected package.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your party, your $150 deposit may be transferred one time to another available date when at least 30 days’ notice is provided.

For rescheduling requests made 14–29 days before the event, the deposit may be transferred to another available date with a $100 rescheduling fee.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit may be required to book another date.

In the event of severe weather or an emergency that makes it unsafe or impossible to hold the party, we will work with you to select another available date.

A $125 Mobile Service & Setup Fee applies to all mobile cooking classes, private parties and field trips.

Locations more than 20 miles away are subject to an additional $1.50 per mile travel fee.

The location should include:

• Adequate tables/work surfaces
• Access to running water
• Electricity
• Seating, if needed
• A safe and suitable space for cooking activities

Access to an oven, stove, refrigerator or additional kitchen equipment may be required depending on the recipes selected and will be discussed before booking.

Cooking with a Twist provides the ingredients, cooking equipment and supplies needed for the selected cooking experience.
